The duration of the notification display varies depending on the system settings in the browser. Usually, it is about 5-10 seconds.
If you want to extend the display time of your notification, please use the "Required interaction" option. It is available on Google Chrome browsers and the notification will not disappear until the user performs some action on it (clicks on the push button or closes it). You can select this option when creating a campaign.
NOTE! We recommend that you do not use this option in every mass campaign you send out. This can negatively impact the subscriber experience and cause them to unsubscribe from receiving your notifications.
