In 2019 the company launched an innovative mobile application InPost Mobilewith the function of remote opening of boxes in the parcel lockers.
The application won first place (Main Prize) in the prestigious Mobile Trends Awards 2019.

In order to handle as many customers as possible, packages must not be left in the Parcel Machines.
The faster the recipient receives the parcel, the higher the rotation in the Parcel Machines, and thus the sent parcels will reach the customers faster.

Motivating parcel recipients to receive their shipments as quickly as possible.

Every person who checked the status of the shipment received a web push notification encouraging them to collect the package within 2 hours. Everyone who has done so received a discount code for the clothing store.
